Access the platform and sign in to your account

Access the Platform

Open your browser and navigate to ex.uptex.com. You will see the sign-in page with the Uptex logo and your account credentials form.

  1. 1 Enter the username provided in your welcome email.
  2. 2 Enter your password. For first-time login, you will receive a separate password reset link - see Step 2 below.
  3. 3 Click Sign in to access your account.
  4. 4 If you need to reset your password at any time, click Forgot your password? and follow the instructions below.

Reset Your Password (First Login)

On your first login, use the password reset flow to create a secure password. Click Forgot your password? on the login page to reach this screen.

  1. 1 Enter the email address associated with your Uptex Exchange account.
  2. 2 Click Reset Password. You will receive an email with a secure link to create a new password. Check your inbox and spam folder if it does not arrive within a few minutes.
  3. 3 Once you have set your new password, click Back to Login and sign in with your new credentials.

Mobile Access

The platform is fully web-based and automatically adjusts to your screen size. No separate app installation is required. For quick mobile access, you can add the platform to your home screen:

Understanding your account overview and key features

Dashboard Overview

After signing in, you arrive at the Account Overview dashboard. This is your central hub for monitoring balances, asset allocation, and accessing all platform sections.

  1. 1 Navigation sidebar - Access all platform sections from the left panel: Overview, Deposits, Withdrawals, Trades, Instruments, Bank Accounts, and Wallets.
  2. 2 Generate Statement - Download a PDF account statement for any date range. Click this button in the top-right corner of the dashboard.
  3. 3 Asset Class Allocation - A visual pie chart showing the breakdown of your portfolio across asset classes (Fiat and Crypto), with USD equivalents and percentage weights.
  4. 4 Current Balances - A real-time table of all your account balances across currencies (e.g., BTC, USD) with their current USD equivalent values.
  5. 5 Trading Platforms - Switch between Xellar Payments Spot (full trading interface) and Xellar Payments Lite (simplified view) directly from the sidebar.

Generating Account Statements

You can download a PDF account statement at any time. Click Generate Statement in the top-right corner of the dashboard to open the statement configuration dialog.

  1. 1 Select a Date Range from the dropdown: choose Custom to specify exact dates, or select a preset such as Last 7 Days or Last 30 Days.
  2. 2 If using Custom range, set your Start Date and End Date using the date pickers.
  3. 3 Choose the export Format - currently PDF Document is available.
  4. 4 Click Generate Statement. The file will be prepared and download automatically to your device. Statements covering a large volume of trades may take a few minutes.

Whitelisting Bank Accounts

Add and verify your bank accounts for fiat deposits and withdrawals

You must whitelist your bank accounts before you can make fiat deposits or receive fiat withdrawals. Only whitelisted and approved bank accounts can be used for transfers.

Navigate to Bank Accounts

Open the left sidebar and click Bank Accounts. You will see the Bank Accounts page with two sections: a Whitelisted Bank Accounts list and a Recent Requested Transactions table.

  1. 1 Click Bank Accounts in the left sidebar to navigate to this section. The item will highlight in red when active.
  2. 2 Click the red Add Bank Account button in the top right to open the whitelisting wizard.
  3. 3 The Whitelisted Bank Accounts section will list all your submitted and approved accounts. It is empty until your first account is approved.
  4. 4 The Recent Requested Transactions table shows recent bank transfer activity associated with your whitelisted accounts.

Enter Request Details (Step 1 of 3)

The Add Bank Account modal opens with a 3-step wizard: 1. Request Details → 2. Additional Information → 3. Proof of Ownership. The form below shows each field you need to fill in.

  1. 1 The step indicator at the top of the modal shows your progress through the 3-step wizard. Step 1 is highlighted when active.
  2. 2 Enter a Friendly Name as a memorable label for this account (e.g., “Euro Account” or “USD Primary”).
  3. 3 Select the Currency of the account from the dropdown (EUR, USD, GBP, etc.).
  4. 4 Fill in the Bank Account Information section: Bank Name, Bank Address, SWIFT/BIC code, and IBAN. Account Number is an alternative to IBAN if applicable. Request Description is optional.
  5. 5 Click Next Step to proceed to Step 2.

Additional Information (Step 2 of 3)

This step captures correspondent and intermediary bank details. These fields are optional and only required for accounts that route international wires through additional banks.

  1. 1 The step indicator now highlights 2 Additional Information, showing you are on the second step of the wizard.
  2. 2 Correspondent Information - If your bank uses a correspondent bank for international wire transfers, enter that bank’s Name and SWIFT Code here. Leave blank if not applicable.
  3. 3 Intermediary Information - If there is an intermediary bank in the transfer chain, enter its Name and SWIFT Code. Leave blank if not applicable.
  4. 4 Click Next Step to proceed to the final step.

Proof of Ownership (Step 3 of 3)

Upload a document proving that you own this bank account. The document must clearly show the account holder name, IBAN or account number, and bank name.

  1. 1 The step indicator highlights 3 Proof of Ownership, confirming you are on the final step.
  2. 2 Upload your proof document. Accepted documents include a bank statement, account confirmation letter, or account certificate issued by your bank. The document must show your name, IBAN, and bank name.
  3. 3 Click Submit Request to send your whitelisting request for compliance review.

Pending Approval

After submitting, your bank account appears in the Whitelisted Bank Accounts list with a Pending Approval badge while the compliance team reviews your request.

  1. 1 The submitted account entry appears immediately in the Whitelisted Bank Accounts section, showing the bank name and status badge.
  2. 2 The Pending Approval badge indicates your request is under compliance review. The team typically completes review within 1-2 business days.
  3. 3 The account details show the Friendly Name, masked IBAN, and selected currency. Once approved, the badge changes to Approved and the account becomes available for transfers.

Whitelisting Crypto Wallets

Register your crypto wallet addresses for deposits and withdrawals

You must whitelist your crypto wallet addresses before you can deposit crypto to your account or request crypto withdrawals. Only approved wallet addresses will be accepted.

Navigate to Wallets

Open the left sidebar and click Wallets. You will see the Wallets page with two sections: Whitelisted Wallet Addresses and Recent Requested Transactions. Click the Add Wallet Address button in the top right to open the wallet whitelisting wizard.

  2. 2 Enter a Friendly Name (e.g., “Cold Wallet USDT”) and select the Wallet Type (e.g., Private Hardware Wallet, Exchange Wallet).
  3. 3 Under Network Information, select the blockchain Network (e.g., Tron, Ethereum, Bitcoin) and the Asset(s) supported by this wallet (e.g., USDT, BTC, ETH).
  4. 4 Paste your full Wallet Address into the address field. Tag/Memo is required for some networks (e.g., XRP) - leave blank if not applicable.
  5. 5 Click Next Step to proceed to the Terms & Conditions and then to Step 2.

Accept Terms & Conditions

Scroll down within the form to review and accept the Terms & Conditions. You must tick the certification checkbox before you can proceed to Step 2.

  1. 1 Tick the Terms & Conditions checkbox to confirm your acceptance. The checkbox turns blue when checked.
  2. 2 The certification text reads: “I certify that the Digital Wallet Address (and if applicable Destination Tag) listed above is directly and wholly owned by the Counterparty listed above, or to the extent it is associated with a Third Party, I acknowledge and agree that…” Read the full declaration before accepting.
  3. 3 Click Next Step to advance to Step 2: Proof of Ownership.

Proof of Ownership (Optional)

Step 2 of the wizard lets you upload supporting documents to verify ownership of the wallet address. This step is optional but may help expedite compliance review.

  1. 1 The step indicator now highlights 2 Proof of Ownership (Optional), confirming you are on the final step of the wizard.
  2. 2 Drag a file into the upload area or click it to browse your device. You can upload a screenshot, export, or document that proves ownership of the wallet address.
  3. 3 Supported formats: .jpeg, .png, .pdf, .mp4, .avi, .webm, .mpg - maximum 10 MB per file. If you have no proof document, skip this step.
  4. 4 Click Submit Request to send your whitelisting request to the compliance team for review.

Wallet Approved

After submission, your wallet address appears in the Whitelisted Wallet Addresses list. Once the compliance team has verified the address, the status updates to Approved and the wallet becomes available for crypto deposits and withdrawals.

  1. 1 The submitted wallet entry appears in the Whitelisted Wallet Addresses section, displaying the friendly name and current status.
  2. 2 The green Approved badge confirms the compliance team has verified the address. The wallet is now active for use.
  3. 3 The entry displays the full wallet address, the blockchain network (Tron), and the approved asset (USDT). Use this wallet for crypto deposits and withdrawal requests.

Funding Your Account

How to make deposits via bank transfer or crypto

Before making deposits, ensure you have whitelisted the relevant bank account or crypto wallet. Transfers from non-whitelisted sources will not be accepted.

Navigate to Deposits

Click Deposits in the left sidebar. The Deposits page shows a Make a Deposit panel with three method cards, and a Deposit History table below.

  1. 1 Bank Transfer - Deposit fiat currency from your whitelisted bank account via SWIFT wire.
  2. 2 Crypto Transfer - Deposit cryptocurrency from your whitelisted external wallet.
  3. 3 Standard Settlement Instructions - View the Uptex settlement addresses for making wire transfers directly from your bank.
  4. 4 Deposit History - Track all deposit requests with date, amount, method, and processing status.

Deposit via Bank Transfer

Click the Bank Transfer card to open the deposit request form. The modal is a 2-step process: Step 1 Request Details → Step 2 Support Details.

  1. 1 Select the Currency to deposit (EUR, USD, GBP, etc.).
  2. 2 Enter the Amount to Deposit.
  3. 3 Select your whitelisted bank account from the dropdown. Only approved accounts are listed.
  4. 4 Add a Request Description (optional) to annotate the transfer.
  5. 5 Click Next Step to provide supporting details and submit.
No whitelisted account? If no bank accounts are approved yet, you will see a prompt directing you to the Bank Accounts page. Complete the whitelisting process in Section 3 first.

Deposit via Crypto Transfer

Click the Crypto Transfer card. Begin by selecting the asset and amount, then choose your whitelisted wallet - the network and address will populate automatically.

Review Settlement Instructions

Once a wallet is selected, the Standard Settlement Instructions section appears at the bottom of the form, showing the exact destination address to send your funds to.

  1. 1 Confirm the Crypto Wallet selected (e.g., Cold Wallet USDT).
  2. 2 Verify the Network is correct (e.g., Tron). Sending funds on the wrong network will result in loss.
  3. 3 Note the Wallet Address shown in the form - this is the address your funds will be sent from.
  4. 4 Add a Request Description (optional).
  5. 5 The Standard Settlement Instructions at the bottom show the destination address on the Uptex platform. Click the address to copy it. Transfer funds only from your whitelisted wallet to this address. Funds from non-whitelisted wallets cannot be accepted.

Click Next Step to proceed to the support details step, then submit your deposit request.

Confirmation

After submitting your deposit request, you will receive an in-platform notification and the deposit will appear in your Deposit History with a Processing status.

  1. 1 A notification will appear confirming “Deposit request submitted successfully” with the timestamp in UTC.
  2. 2 Your deposit appears in the Deposit History table with a Processing status.

Withdrawals

How to withdraw fiat and crypto from your Uptex Exchange account.

Withdrawals can only be sent to your whitelisted bank accounts (for fiat) or whitelisted wallet addresses (for crypto). Make sure you have completed the whitelisting process before requesting a withdrawal.

Navigate to Withdrawals

Click Withdrawals in the left sidebar to open the Withdrawals page. You will see three withdrawal method cards and a Withdrawal History table below.

Click the Crypto Wallet card to open the crypto withdrawal form.

  1. 1 Review your Available Balance at the top to confirm sufficient funds.
  2. 2 Select the Asset to withdraw (e.g., USDT).
  3. 3 Enter the Amount to Withdraw.
  4. 4 Select your whitelisted crypto wallet - the network and wallet address will auto-populate.
  5. 5 Add an optional Request Description, then click Submit Request.

Withdraw to Bank Account (Fiat)

Click the Bank Account card to open the fiat withdrawal form.

Fiat withdrawals via SWIFT typically take 1-3 business days. Screenshots coming soon.

Track Your Withdrawal

After submitting a withdrawal request, you can monitor its progress directly in the Withdrawal History table.

Trading Platform

How to trade on Uptex Exchange (XplorSpot)

Access the trading platform by clicking Xellar Payments Spot in the left sidebar of your dashboard, or navigate directly to ex.uptex.com.

Trading Workspace Overview

The trading platform is divided into 6 main panels, each serving a distinct purpose. All panels are visible simultaneously on the main workspace.

  1. 1 Order Panel - Place market, limit, stop, and OCO orders. Toggle between Buy and Sell.
  2. 2 Order Book - Real-time bid/ask depth for the selected pair. Toggle between Vertical and Horizontal views.
  3. 3 Chart - TradingView-powered chart with technical indicators, timeframe selection, and drawing tools.
  4. 4 Markets - Browse all available trading pairs. Filter by “Show All” or “Crypto”. Search for specific instruments.
  5. 5 Balances - Real-time portfolio showing all held assets with USD equivalent and total balance.
  6. 6 Blotter - Order and trade history. Filter by: Show All, Filled, Open, Cancelled.

Placing an Order

Use the Order Panel to configure and submit your trade. The example below shows a Market Order to buy BTC/USD with a quantity of 1.

  1. 1 Select the Buy or Sell tab at the top of the Order Panel.
  2. 2 Choose the Order Type: Market Order (instant execution), Limit Order (set price), Stop Order, or OCO.
  3. 3 Set the Duration: IOC (Immediate or Cancel), GTC (Good Till Cancelled), or Day.
  4. 4 Enter the Quantity - the amount to buy or sell.
  5. 5 Click the Buy (green) or Sell (red) button to execute.

Market Orders execute immediately at the best available price. Limit Orders will only fill at your specified price or better.

Trade Confirmation

After submitting an order, a notification popup confirms the result. “Fully Filled” means the entire order was executed immediately.

  1. 1 A notification appears confirming the order status - “Fully Filled” means the entire order was executed.

The Blotter below will also show the new order in the Orders tab after execution.

Trade History

The Historic Search tool lets you retrieve and review your complete trade history across any date range.

  1. 1 Click the search/history icon in the Blotter panel to open the Historic Search modal.
  2. 2 Set the date range (From / To) and select an execution type filter.
  3. 3 Click Search to view results. The table shows: execution time, order type, status, instrument, fill price, side (Buy/Sell), quantities, and order IDs.
